We are using CURRI to display caller names by making an external DB lookup. It has been working fine for a long time. Now we are developing this application to enable a new feature, following (observing) call to deliver the customer information to the devices which receive call via pickup or hunt.
As I noticed from the debug log of our application, Call Manager seems to trigger CURRI multiple times for the same call: One is at the beginning which is normal, second one is during the call which is strange, third one is after the call ended which is ridiculous.
CUCM version is 9.1.2.SU2.
Do you know whether there is a bug or something else causing this?
I don't believe I have ever seen this. What (and how many) are you using for Triggers? It's possible that you have call flows that are creating multiple requests.
