Monitoring SIP TLS Traffic, only the Signaling and not the Media.

I am looking for a way to capture the SIP/TLS signaling Information for Monitoring on my 3rd Party Monitoring Tool.

Is CTI/JTAPI integration with my 3rd-Party Monitoring tool the best way to go forward?

Also like in LYNC we have the SDN-API to circumvate the Encryted media.

Could it possible to in the below call-flow to capture the signaling information:

IP-PHONE>>CUCM>>SIP-TRUNK>>CUBE>>ITSP
