How many maximum devices/Profiles should be configured for one JTAPI application server

Q. Can you please suggest JTAPI Matrix for one application server? I got CUCM SRND for maximum CTI device supports.

Is there any HW specification recommended by Cisco for JTAPI application server and number of devices/profiles supported?

A. The server requirements will be dictated by the type of application, complexity of application etc. Each application developer should determine the server based on their load testing. JTAPI itself is not too 'heavy'. One recommendation is to use the -Xms option to increase the memory allocation to the application. The default memory allocated by JVM may not be sufficient for a decent size application.
