Need a help to integrate cisco UC with MS CRM

Need a help to integrate cisco UC with MS CRM, what i know that Cisco has stopped selling the Unified callconnetor that was a great solution to integrate cisco Unified communicator with the MS CRM, so I'm looking for alternative, if any one can help or advice (with possibility to if i can develop this integration with any guide documents, or vendor that already has this solution)
