Click to call - Finesse

Hi,

     I have a customer which want to leverage click to call (web dialer) on CUCM. The problem is that all my agent are using Extension Mobility. Is there a way to use click to call when the agent only as UDP profile attached to the enduser.

Otherwise is it possible from a web page to send a make call command to finesse ?
