Cluster service activation recommendations link broken

Hello, Im reading this document (https://developer.cisco.com/site/sxml/learn/getting-started/risport/index.gsp#service-activation) adn I find that the link to Cluster service activation recommendations. is broken, and I need to understand how to activate the required services in a CUCM Cluster before start try queries.
