We had customer request on having two channel of the voice recording (Calling, called) as separate 2 recordings. The voice calls are from customer phone external number to our enterprise internal phone number via PRI. So recording is configured on CUCM as that the internal phone is the forking device only. Is it possible to get the recording of these voice calls as two recordings which one recording is only customer voice, the other is only customer representative's voice?
This is not something that is available out of the box. MediaSense sees it as a single request with two separate tracks.
The REST APi that comes with MediaSense will allow you access to the individual tracks as you desire.
So you can pull out the data as you want, but you will have to write an app that does it. There is nothing available off the shelf.
