Jabber Mobile for Android/iPhone in a VCS/TMS infrastructure (no CUCM)?

Is Jabber Mobile for Android/iPhone supported in a VCS/TMS infrastructure (no CUCM)? if so, what features are supported? voice/video/directory/IM?

According to the documentation Cisco Jabber for Andriod and Cisco Jabber for Iphone are not supported in a VCS/ TMS infrastructure without CUCM. The only Cisco Jabber platform supported is Jabber for Ipad, which uses Jabber Video for Telepresence (Movi) licenses.
