Enter Vaild Relay Email Address when adding SMTP notification device

am getting this error via CUPI when adding a SMTP notification device:

- Enter Vaild Relay Email Address,

but the email address is accepted when adding the SMTP notification device through cuadmin

CUC10.5, ldap imported user

But I think the Ldap sync using CUPI is still having some issue. Request you to refer the following thread.
