Chad,
Many thanks. very very interesting.
Would it be possible to have just two Nuance hostnames? Switching between the two with each alternative TTS request?
nuance1 1.1.1.1
nuance2 1.1.1.1
And although this is a fantastic workaround, Cisco should redesign / correct the flaw in how they handle the RTSP sessions to keep TTS licenses count down (offer a command line config, to change behaviour to close session after each TTS request). It should not be different to achieve, and it is how other VXML browsers handle TTS.

No it def needs to be a pool of hostnames. Re-using a hostname even once
will cause a no session error and cause an app failure.
IOS has no limit, so just pump in a pool of 20 or 30 hostnames if you have
some big fancy apps
