dividing port in VXML server

Is it possible to dividing port per application in VXML server including 100 port license?.

For example, allocate  1~10 port to A application and the other port to B application.

Unfortunately, there's no simple settings you can use on the server to partition resources.   If this is standalone model you can use max-calls on the gateway to limit the number calls for a particular application.   Other approaches would require a back-end mechanism to track active sessions (potentially across multiple servers) and an initial query to determine the policy decision before invoking the required application.
