Live report of offline and online agents

I am currently using the live report "Agent Team Summary Report" as a gadget in Finesse to let the agents view the status of their colleagues.

This works great when they set their Not Available-status, but I am trying to get the report to include agents that are logged off too.

In the Finess admin I can set reasons and reason-codes for both Not Available and Logged Off, but since I only see the logged on agents in the report, the Logged Off-status is obvioously not visible.

So, is there a way to get the report to list logged out agents along with the logged on ones?

Hi - In P/CCE, Live Data currently does not publish details of logged off agents. So this will require an enhancement to be implemented in the solution.
