Customized Dashboard Development

Following is the customer's customized dashboard requirement. Wanted to confirm if the same dashboard layout can be achieved/customized in CUIC with the same look and feel?

Hi GP,

We are doing a complete UX Refresh for Reports/Dashboards in R11.5. You will be able to customize the Dashboards to some extent.

If the ask is to customize the background color & such, it cannot be done in CUIC.
