CUIC 10.5 Disposition Definition list

Hello,

Would anybody know what could be causing the error below? I cannot seem to find a definition for it. I know it reads pretty straight forward but I was curious as to what may be causing the error. I appreciate the help.

Is this UCCE or UCCX ?

If UCCE calls can fail when routing to agents due issues on CVP dialplan, Agent Targeting Rule, the CUSP proxy or CUCM dialplan. Partions / CSS etc. If you know the phone extension number of the agent which calls failed it would help you troubleshoot.
