Import custom report  from CUIC premium to CUIC on UCCX error

Hi Everyone,

I develop custom report on CUIC premium version 10.5.1 and imported it to CUIC on UCCX version 9.0.2.It error message following attach file.please guide me how to fix it.

You must be export report template from CUIC lower than UCCX version.

Piyawat is correct. You cannot import a report from 10.5.1 into 9.0.2 as this functionality is not supported. Your best option is to recreate the report in 9.0.2.
