CUIC Call Custom variable report do not shown information

Hello I

I have uccx 10 and CUIC I want to shown in reports how many calls press option 1 from menu option. I have a step of set Enterprise info variable in call.variable1 , when I run reports call custom variable reports do not show me that information.

can anyone help me?

Hi

Choosing Application Name will pull all Call Custom Variables for that application.

If there is nothing to choose from you need to keep selecting "OK" from the popup - thats what fills the fields - popup blocker may need to be off if you don't see anything.
