Is there any way Social Miner be able to send an automatic response to a facebook and twitter campaign? Our client is requesting us to configure in Social Miner application and facebook and twitter campaigns an automated message when a message is detected, that is without the need of any agent to send the message.

This facility is not available in SocialMiner since such automated responses can lead to complaints and the social media platform can shut down access by SocialMiner.
Looking at a customer care perspective, such automated messages can be perceived as uncaring and be detrimental to the business if they go viral.
