These days, I am looking for a social media solution for my customer. I had a look into SocailMiner but did not find it impressive. Do you guys have any idea? how can we improve front end, add a supervisor console and reporting area by adding some graphic to it. CUIC reports are very simple and there is no "WOW" factor for customers. On the other hand, if we compare the SocialMiner with other social media customer care solutions. These solutions provide very rich and impressive interface with detailed reporting section.

The improvements you mentioned are things we have in the roadmap of SocialMinere.g. gadget for geo location reporting, tag/word clouds and additional social media channels like LinkedIn, Google+ etc. Based on BU priorities we are focusing this year and 2/3 of next year developing additional channels like chat and email in SocialMiner. We plan to start major social media improvements during the latter part of CY 2015 into CY 2016. Do let me know of any enhancements you hear from customer regarding social media and SocialMiner in general.
