Email integration API.

Hello Experts,

We've a Cisco email setup through which we send an email to a particular mail id and Cisco routes it to the next available agent and opens the mail in CAD. I want to hook into this 'email arrived on CAD" event using my .NET application. So that my application can take some business decision based on the email that was received by the agent.

I'm completely clueless about how to begin on this. Any help will be deeply appreciated.
