A customer with our call recording solution has UCM 9.2 UCCX 10.5UCM 9.2 UCCX 10.5. The customer would like to tag each call recording with the call's queue/skill.
Which API is appropriate for this task?

CTIOS is for UCCE only not UCCX.
For UCCX, you could develop a Bridge Mode client using UCCX CTI protocol. you only get the agent’s CSQID (queue) on the agent state Talking event not on the call events.
