We are getting the 401 Error while accessing CMX 10.2.3 REST API from the listener application.
Make sure the user credentials are the same between systems, or that the correct credentials on the new system are being used.
HTTP 401 error indicates unauthorized or lacks valid authentication credentials.
If this doesn't resolve the issue, please provide more detail such as a copy of the notification body, and listener code.
