There are no clients appearing in the CMX sandbox

I am working with this sandbox and wanted to know why there are no clients today. https://cmxlocationsandbox.cisco.com/api/location/v2/clients/ returns an empty response.

 Is there maintenance or updates scheduled at this time?

The sandboxes for CMX use an simulator developed in house called TalwarSim, or TSIM for short.  Once in a while we have to reset the APs and Clients to keep them going.

Introduction to TSIM

TalwarSim is a powerful tool which is used to test the scalability and performance of Wireless LAN controllers. TalwarSim can be used to simulate deployments consisting of a number of access points and clients.
TalwarSim is mainly used in an environment where a large number of mobile nodes (MNs) and access points (APs) are required to measure the performance of the controller. TalwarSim can also be used to send the simulated clients’ 802.11 Management, 802.1X, RM, and data traffic to the controller and vice versa.
