How do you subscribe to the notifications for all users or all teams?

Finesse does not allow the ability to subscribe to all/multiple Users or Teams.

Users can subscribe to their own User notifications and Supervisors can subscribe to their Team's notification. As part of the subscription to the Team notification, the Supervisor will get User notifications for all of the Users in that Team.

Finesse is not meant to be a monitoring application. If you have the need to receive all User or Team notifications, you should integrate using the CTI Server Message Protocol directly with UCCE or UCCX.
