Where can I find client side (Finesse Agent Desktop) logs?

In order to get client side logs from the Finesse Agent Desktop:

1. The agent must click the "Send Error Report" link in the lower right of the agent desktop. This will send the client logs to the Finesse server.

Note: Each log file is no larger than 1.5 MB and contains a timestamp and the agent ID of the agent who submitted the file. A new log file is created each time an agent submits client-side logs.

2. Collect the Desktop Logs via CLI.

3. The client logs can be found in the clientLogs folder.

Note: The maximum size of this directory is 100 MB. The directory holds a maximum number of 25000 clientlog files. When the directory exceeds the size limit or the file count, the oldest files are deleted.

If you are developing a Finesse gadget or want to see the client logs on runtime, you can view the client logs via the console of the browser's developer tool.
