Users who are in READY state are being logged out after having no activity for 2 hours or more. Is it possible for users to stay in this state for longer than 2 hours with no activity without being logged out?
This duration of the inactivity timer is configured in CCE under the Agent Desk Settings. Look for the logout non-activity time and leave it blank. Leaving this blank will disable this setting.
