Idle URL on CME for SIP 7821

I am looking for some configuration examples on how to implement the idle URL on my CME for SIP phones 7821. 
Something like an XML file example and where to store it on my CME, flash I suppose. What would be the URL path to configure and where to configure it on the CME

This feature supported from CME release 12.0

Upgraded my CME's to 12.0, any way you can get me some of the config examples on idle url ?
